Refund and Returns Policy

At Career Ground, we are committed to providing high-quality courses, mock tests, and study materials for government exam preparation. Since all our products/services are digital, this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.

1. No Return / No Physical Shipment

Careerground.in provides digital products only, such as:

  • Online Courses

  • Mock Tests

  • PDFs / Notes

  • Digital Study Material

As these are non-returnable digital services, no physical return is applicable.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in specific valid cases mentioned below:

✔️ Eligible for Refund

A refund may be issued if:

  1. Payment was made, but the course/mock test was not activated
    (within 48 hours of purchase)

  2. Double payment / duplicate transaction
    (user must submit proof)

  3. Technical issue from our side that prevents access and cannot be resolved
    (rare case)

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You completed or partially accessed the course/mock test

  • You downloaded notes/PDFs

  • You purchased a course by mistake

  • You change your mind after buying

  • You expected content that is different from what was clearly mentioned

  • Your device/internet is not supporting the platform

  • Exam dates, vacancies or notifications change by official authorities

  • You failed to use the product before expiry

Since digital content becomes accessible immediately, we cannot revoke access after use.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a course or mock test is purchased and access is granted, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Automatic renewals are not applicable unless explicitly stated.

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • The amount will be credited within 7–10 working days

  • The refund will be processed through the original mode of payment

Processing time may vary based on bank/UPI/payment gateway policies.
