Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 20-28 years (as of specified cutoff; relaxations: SC/ST +5 years, OBC +3 years, PwBD +10 years, Ex-Servicemen as per rules).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (50% for General/OBC; pass for SC/ST/PwBD) + PC proficiency + local language knowledge (reading/writing/speaking).
- Nationality: Indian citizen or eligible equivalents.
Salary and Perks
Basic pay: ₹29,000; Pay Scale: 29000-1700(3)-34100-2040(4)-42260-2720(6)-58580-2950(2)-64480-3370(3)-74590-4050(1)-78640. Gross emoluments ~₹58,514/month (incl. allowances); in-hand ~₹50,000+ after deductions. Includes DA, HRA, medical, pension, and housing perks.

Selection Process
- Prelims: 100 questions (English 30, Numerical 35, Reasoning 35); 60 min; qualifying.
- Mains: 200 questions (Reasoning/English/Numerical/GA/Computer 40 each); 135 min; merit-based.
